The Carpentry Workers' Benefit Plan made many benefit improvements as of May 1 2010!
As of May 1 2010, Green Shield will pay your dental, vision and hearing aid claims as well as your Extended Health Care claims. Your dentist should be able to submit your dental claims directly to Green Shield. Claims for Employee Assistance, Travel Assistance, Bereavement Leave and Jury Duty will continue to be processed by the Plan office.
