Pension Plan Update
VANCOUVER, B.C. - In response to changing conditions, the Trustees of the Carpentry Workers' Pension Plans of BC have launched a series of immediate changes to your pension plan, including an overhaul of our investment strategy and a new commitment to accountability and communications.
The need for changes to the plan became evident and were announced to our membership as far back as November 2000. Since then, your board has acted to implement the changes needed to make your plan the stable and reliable source of retirement income you have come to expect.
